    The mathematical model of economic - industrial systems with mass production is constructed. The state of the production system at any moment is set by a point in two-dimension phase space. The distribution function for a base product is introduced and for it, the equation being analogue of a rate equation in physics is noted. The engineering - industrial and generating functions are determined. In a zero approximation, the closed system of the equations for the moments of a distribution function is written. For a closed system of equations of state of macro parameters of an industrial system, the equations of a perturbed state are obtained. Stability conditions of operation of an industrial system are defined.

    The functioning industrial system with mass output is submitted in the microscopic description. Microscopic velues define trajectories of base products in considered technological space. Production technology of a base product sets the central technological trajectory. Work of technological equipment is submitted by numerical characteristics of stochastic process. The aimed functional is introduced and aimed function of production system is constructed. The equation of the central technological trajectory is determined. Euler's equations for the central base product of industrial system are written.

    In phase technological space the state of the industrial system is determined. The "know-how" is set by a normative technological trajectory. A technological process on each technological operation is submitted by technology factors with normative parameters of manufacture and permissible deviations from them. With the use of variational and differential principles, Lagrange’s function of the industrial system is written down. Distinctions in the variational and differential approach are shown at the construction of Lagrange’s function of industrial systems. The equations of movement of subjects of work in the phase technological space, expenses connecting among themselves and rate of movement of preparations along a technological chain of the industrial system are received. Integrals of movement are determined at the description of industrial systems.
