    Development and simulation of the Institute of ionosphere measuring complex energy consumption

    The work is devoted to solving an urgent problem - the development of a computer model of the energy consumption system of the Institute of the ionosphere of the National Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in order to solve the problem of increasing the energy efficiency of the measuring complex. The power supply system of the complex is described, a generalized structural diagram of the loads -powerful consumers of electricity is presented. The graphs characterizing the energy consumption of individual powerful loads are presented, the problem of compensating the reactive power of loads is shown. The adequacy of the developed model is confirmed by the coincidence of the shape and values of the experimentally obtained characteristics on loads with the characteristics of the model. The model adequacy was assessed by the variance of feedback deviations from the system mean. The results obtained confirmed the possibility of using the developed Matlab-model of the energy consumption system of the measuring complex for creating and testing on the model of an energy-efficient power supply system, which will ensure the stable operation of scientific equipment for the implementation of research programs of the NAS of Ukraine.

    Control system of the filter-compensating device with the second-order fuzzy-regulator

    In this article the expediency of using the fuzzy controller, as part of an additional control loop of the compensator control system in terms of the level of commutation overvoltages and amplitudes of the higher harmonics of the supply network current, is shown. The use of fuzzy controller makes it possible, in the process of reactive power compensation, to reduce the generation of higher harmonics of the current to the network, without exceeding the established level of switching overvoltages. The principles of control of the filter compensating device for the powerful sounding pulses generator using the second order fuzzy regulator are considered. The use of a fuzzy second-order regulator will enable the controlled parameters to be adjusted with the given accuracy.

    Simulation of transient processes in low-frequency channel of the semiconductor regulated compensator

    The simulation of transient processes in lowfrequency channel of the semiconductor twochannel regulated compensator of inactive components of total power is presented in given article. New control methods for two-channel compensator that allow to provide a high performance of the converter in the changing character of the load are proposed. Conclusions of obtained results are presented.

    Fuzzy logic based control system of converter for powerful sounding pulses generator

    This thesis deals with the design of control system for powerful sounding pulses generator using Fuzzy Logic based decision structure and implementation using the 68HC12 microcontroller. Some practical cases with Fuzzy Tech are presented to check the proposed control performance. Conclusions of obtained results are presented.
